How to Register:

  1. Select Your Dates:

    • Individual Dates: You can register for individual dates for both Group 1 and Group 2. Choose your preferred dates from the listings below. To select multiple dates, add your first choice to your cart, then use the "Vendor Booth Space- 2024/25 Season" link to return and add additional dates.
    • Full Season: For those interested in a recurring spot, you can opt to register for the entire season on an every-other-week rotation. Select the "Full Season Registration" option to secure your spot for alternating weeks throughout the season.
  2. Limit: Each vendor is allowed to register for a maximum of 2 events per month.

  3. Approval Required: Before registering, you must contact  at laveenfm@yahoo.com for approval. This step ensures your registration is confirmed and aligns with our vendor guidelines.

  4. Checkout Instructions: During checkout, please include your business name and a brief description of the items you sell in the notes section. Be sure to select "PickUp" at checkout.

Additional Information:

  • Booth Details: Each booth space is 10x10 feet. You must bring your own pop-up tent and setup supplies. Booths must be ready for sales by the start time of the market, which runs from 8 AM to 1 PM, with possible adjustments in colder months.
  • No Refunds: There are no refunds for missed or canceled dates. If you do not show up or fail to communicate, we reserve the right to cancel future dates without a refund. You are responsible for finding a replacement from our approved vendors and managing any related fees.
  • Event Guidelines: After setup, move your vehicle to Thurman Dr. Please do not break down before the end of the market. Clean up your area and remove any trash.
