We are not offering pre-order for Thanksgiving Pies this year. We are offering our pies for purchase at our multiple events and at the farm.
We are scheduling three events for holiday pies purchases:
Friday, Nov 22 - Ahwatukee Pie Market from 1pm to 6pm (3930 E. Chandler Blvd, Phnx)
Saturday, Nov 23 - Uptown Farmers Market Pie Market from 8am to 1pm (5959 N. Central Ave, Phnx)
Wednesday, Nov 27th - at Amadio Ranch from 9am to 8pm
We will have loads of pie at each event including Apple, Caramel Apple, Cherry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Blueberry, Peach, Razzleberry, Classic Pecan, Caramel Pecan, Bourbon Pecan, Buttermilk Eggnog, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, NY Cheesecake, Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake. It will be first come first serve at these events. We are going to make more of the specialty pies that we know most want.
Also the farm will be open daily as usual. You can stop by anytime (including Thanksgiving day) to get a pie. Our pies are always fresh and have a two week shelf life in the refrigerator with NO degrading of quality. If you are concerned with getting exactly what you want we suggest that you come by the farm anytime between Nov 20-27 and we will do our best to have everything listed IN STOCK.
When can we start picking up pies for Thanksgiving?
You can start on Wednesday Nov 20th at the farm.
Will pies picked up 8 days before Thanksgiving still be good on Thanksgiving day?
Yes! Our pies last 14 days in your refrigerator with ZERO DEGRADATION IN QUALITY. Your pie will be perfect!
Can we pre-order pies?
No. While we have done that in the past we are trying something new this year. We will have all the different varieties fresh baked in stock from the 20th to Thanksgiving day. You can simply just come by and get what you need anytime.
What pies will you have in stock starting the 20th?

Razzleberry
Pumpkin
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake
New York Cheesecake
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

And possibly a few others depending on time.
How many pies total will you be making for Thanksgiving?
2500 - 3000 approx.
Will you be doing gluten free, sugar free, or vegan pies this year?
No. Sadly we won’t have time this year to focus on those super niche pies. On any given year they only make up .05% of sales so we are focusing on getting what the vast majority are looking for.
Will you be holding any special events for Thanksgiving pies?
Yes!

Is the farm open on Thanksgiving day?
Yes! The farm will be open normal hours on Thanksgiving day and will have pie for all you procrastinators. The bistro will be closed so that our cook staff can spend it with family.
How much staff does it take to make all those pies?
A bunch! Everything we do is by hand so it takes a ton of loving hands and organization to make it happen. For the 14 days before Thanksgiving we are usually employing 2 shifts and around 25 total people to make all the different operations happen.
Do you still like making all these pies? Sounds like a lot of stress!
Yes! It’s very gratifying to sit down and give thanks to our creator on Thanksgiving Day knowing that we have made so many other families' day special.
