Returns/Exchanges
For shipped items, we won't accept returns. If your package arrived damaged, we will work with the shipping company to get reimbursement and get a new package out to you as soon as we can. To help us with the process, please contact us right away and send photos of the damaged items.
For in person returns/exchanges - we do strive to provide the best quality items. Should you experience a problem, please bring the purchased item back to us within 24 hours of purchase. We will happily exchange your item for you. We do need the item back so that we can research ways to make our process better.
