All pies will be shipped by 2-3 day air on Monday, Tuesday , or Wednesday. This will ensure they arrive quickly with the best quality possible. Should your order include other items, they will be enclosed in the same box. If you order items other than pies, your order will ship by ground (either UPS or USPS) with a tracking number.
Should you not receive your item in a timely manner - please notify us right away so we can track your shipment and contact the shipping company.
For shipped items, we won't accept returns. If your package arrived damaged, we will work with the shipping company to get reimbursement and get a new package out to you as soon as we can. To help us with the process, please contact us right away and we must have photos of the damaged items and original box.
For in person returns/exchanges - we do strive to provide the best quality items. Should you experience a problem, please bring the purchased item back to us within 24 hours of purchase. We will happily exchange your item for you. We do need the item back so that we can research ways to make our process better.
