THERE IS NO MARKET ON DECEMBER 26th.
You MUST include your BUSINESS NAME and a brief description of WHAT YOU SELL in the order notes/comments at checkout.
Please do not skip this step. We use this information to identify registrations, manage vendor categories, and maintain an appropriate mix of vendors at the market.
Vendors may register for individual market dates in either Group A or Group B, subject to availability.
To register for multiple dates, add your first date to your cart, then return to the vendor registration page and select any additional dates you would like to attend.
Individual-date vendors may register for a maximum of 2 market dates per month.
Vendors who would like a recurring space throughout the season may purchase a Full Season Pass for either Group A or Group B.
A Full Season Pass reserves your booth for the designated every-other-week rotation throughout the market season at a discounted rate.
Please carefully review the dates included in your selected group before purchasing.
All vendors must be approved before registering.
Vendor approval helps us maintain the quality, variety, and overall vision of the Laveen Community Farmers Market. We are a family friendly event and products must be family friendly.
Food Vendors: Food vendors must provide copies of all required registrations and food handler permits before registering. Please email documentation to laveenfm@yahoo.com.
If you received this registration link from anyone other than Amy, Brea or Christina, please contact laveenfm@yahoo.com before completing your registration.
Registering without prior approval does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
When checking out:
1. Enter your BUSINESS NAME in the order notes/comments.
2. Include a brief description of WHAT YOU SELL.
3. Select "PickUp" at checkout.
Again, your business name and what you sell are required with your registration.
Each vendor space is approximately 10' x 10'.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own:
10x10 Pop-up tent/canopy with weights(REQUIRED)
Tables, Chairs, Displays, Any other equipment needed for their booth
Booths must be completely set up and ready for customers by the start of the market.
Regular market hours are 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, with adjusted hours of 9:00 AM–2:00 PM during the colder months.
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable.
There are no refunds for missed or canceled vendor dates.
If you are unable to attend a market you have registered for, please notify Amy or Brea as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
No-shows without communication may result in the cancellation of future reserved dates without refund.
