This is a great recipe to introduce some new vegetables to the family.

2 Sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 medium turnips, peeled and sliced
2 shallots, sliced (or green onion)
2 cups chicken stock or vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
2/3 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled (or feta)
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
Preheat oven to 400
Layer sweet potatoes, turnips and shallots in a 10-ounce dish
Whisk together stock, cream, flour. Season with salt and pepper. Pour cream mixture over the vegetables
Cover dish with foil and bake 40-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender
Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, oil, cheese, hazelnuts, and rosemary.
Remove foil and top vegetables with bread crumb mix. Bake without foil for 12-15 minutes, or until brown
