BEFORE REGISTERING, please read the entire description.

How to Register:

Select Your Dates:

  • Individual Dates: You can register for individual dates for both Group 1 and Group 2. Choose your preferred dates from the listings below. To select multiple dates, add your first choice to your cart, then use the "2025/2026 FM Vendor Booth Fee - Group 1" link to return and add additional dates.

  • Full Season: For those interested in a recurring spot, you can opt to register for the entire season on an every-other-week rotation. Select the "Full Season Registration" option to secure your spot for alternating weeks throughout the season.

Limit: Each vendor may register for a maximum of 2 events per month.

Vendor Approval Policy:

All vendors must be approved before registering. This ensures that the products being sold align with the vision and guidelines of the Laveen Community Farmers Market.

  • Handcrafted Requirement: All items sold must be handcrafted, unless otherwise pre-approved.

  • Food Vendors: All food vendors must provide copies of their registration and food handlers permit. Please email them to laveenfm@yahoo.comprior to registering.

  • If you were given this registration link from anyone other than Amy or Brea(laveenfm@yahoo.com), please email laveenfm@yahoo.com before completing your registration.

Checkout Instructions:

During checkout, please include your business name and a brief description of the items you sell in the notes section. Be sure to select "PickUp" at checkout.

Additional Information:

  • Booth Details: Each booth space is 10x10 feet. Vendors must bring their own popup tent, tables, and displays. Booths must be fully set up and ready for sales by market opening. Market runs from 8 AM to 1 PM, with adjusted hours of 9 AM to 2 PM during colder months.

  • No Refunds: There are no refunds for missed or canceled dates. If you do not show up or fail to communicate to us before the event, future dates may be canceled without refund. If you know in advance that you can't make an event that you have registered for, please let Amy or Brea know so they can plan accordingly.
