This is not your typical quiche! We make a smooth and creamy egg mixture and then add in the delicious flavors of green chile, ham, pepper, and onions wrapped in our flaky pie crust.  Makes for a scrumptious breakfast.  It will feed 4-6 people and is the same size as our fruit pies.

This quiche can only be picked up locally.  

Ingredients - Crust: flour, oil, salt, milk   Filling: Eggs, cheddar cheese, sour cream, ham, bacon, bell pepper, onion, green chile, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
